Come work as a Medical Office Assistant with Sky Medical Sky Medical is a full-service family practice and is focused on actively improving all treatment and care for our patients. There are three full-time doctors at the clinic, and we are looking for a new Medical Office Assistant to join our team in Downtown Vancouver

Our office is a team-oriented environment and the Medical Office Assistant is a key member of that team The Medical Office Assistant is responsible for, among other things, answering calls, administrative work, booking appointments and collecting patients' information.

Qualifications should include:

  • Interpersonal communication skills in order to interact with our great group of patients
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel & EMR (Ideally OSCAR EMR)
  • Strong computer literacy, experience and familiarity with Mac software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prior MOA experience and/or MOA training course completed

Compensation dependent on experience and is a starting rate. Compensation may be salary rather than hourly.

Starting date December 2025.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Do you have the basic computer skills to independently complete common office tasks such as emailing, scheduling, saving/organizing files, and using shared folders?
  • Have you worked as a MOA previously (not including practicing as part of MOA school)?

Licence/Certification:

  • MOA training certification (preferred)
