Our mission is to create iconic real estate brands that exceed our clients’ marketing objectives.Job OverviewSenior Account ExecutiveMontana Steele is seeking a motivated and organized Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day client relationships and support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role acts as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary client contact, translating client goals into clear briefs and actionable strategiesManage client websites, video projects, social media content, paid ad campaigns, print materials, and other marketing initiativesCoordinate with internal teams including design, web, video, social media, paid advertising, and print to execute client projectsDevelop project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates in collaboration with internal teamsPrepare and manage client estimates, invoices, and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryTrack project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, or changes to clientsHelp ensure work aligns with client objectives, brand standards, and approved budgetsSupport client meetings, presentations, and reporting as neededMaintain organized records of client communications, approvals, and project documentationQualifications4-6+ years of account management or client services experience (real estate or agency preferred)Strong understanding of marketing channels and lead-generation strategiesExceptional communication, organization, and presentation skillsProven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlinesStrategic thinker with a client-first mindsetWhy Join UsWork with high-profile real estate brandsCollaborative, fast-paced agency environmentRoom for growth and professional developmentApply with resume and brief cover note.
