Job Overview Senior Account Executive at Procter & Gamble. This role requires a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for influencing strategy, and collaborative partnership skills. The position requires at least 2+ years of experience in selling and business development. Job Location Toronto, GO Responsibilities Leverage consumer insights and partner with customers to develop winning joint business plans. Lead and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising. Develop collaborative partnerships with customers. Execute business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives. Use analytical tools and integrate data systems to develop new department and category insights. Improve selling advantage by driving retailer category growth and contributing to their category strategies. Key Qualifications Strategic customer relationship building skills; experience selling to national retailers. Trade fund management experience and adept at data‑driven promotion decisions. Data analytics expertise to identify new insights and commercial opportunities. Joint business planning experience; ability to uncover customer needs for winning pitches. People‑management experience and capacity to elevate team performance. BA/BS from an accredited university. Minimum 2+ years of CPG sales or customer business development experience. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Willingness to relocate immediately and throughout career. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
