About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Hilti Corporation. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least three years of outside sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
