About the Role:

Amaco Construction Equipment Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a geographical sales territory, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential customers, and increasing aggregate equipment sales and rentals within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a sales territory, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, municipalities, and other industry professionals.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed company minimum sales and profit goals.
  • Process and manage sales paperwork, including demos, orders, and other required documentation.
  • Travel routinely to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in manufacturer training.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of industry-related experience in sales or business development.
  • Ability to travel routinely, including overnights when needed.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to the US for manufacturer training or tradeshows.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.
