Auto Detail Shop Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Detail Shop Manager to join our team at Public Auto Body 2021 Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of detailers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with market research and customer needs.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies that balance revenue goals with customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including social media, advertising, and promotions.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staffing and Training: Determine staffing requirements, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Mentorship Programs: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
