Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of auto body technicians and detailers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Task Assignment: Assign tasks and duties to staff members based on their skills and expertise, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including the selection and procurement of auto body parts and equipment.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies to ensure that customers receive fair and competitive pricing.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue, including social media marketing, email marketing, and local advertising.
- Budget Planning: Plan and manage budgets to ensure that expenses are controlled and revenues are maximized.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements based on business needs, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to complete tasks efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and staff conflicts.
