Job Summary:The Auto Body Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our auto body shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of auto body technicians and detailers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Task Assignment: Assign tasks and duties to staff members based on their skills and expertise, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue, including studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring merchandise for resale.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including monitoring revenues and expenses and determining staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
