About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our team of customer service representatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of work to verify accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and submit reports on team performance and progress.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent position, working 30 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English language.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
