Job Summary

Kunuwanimano Child and Family Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our service team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including receiving and screening mail, email, and phone calls.
  • Prepare and maintain various documentation, including reports, memos, and letters.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments, prepare agendas, and take and distribute minutes.
  • Coordinate room bookings and facilitate logistics as required.
  • Provide transportation for children to attend appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and revise client services policies and procedures.
  • Ensure client records and documents are up to date.
  • Provide coverage for the Executive Assistant position and Reception as needed.
  • Participate in internal committees and work teams as required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma in a related field, such as social service work or office administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration with progressively responsible administrative responsibilities.
  • Ability to speak a native language is considered an asset.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
