Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Monte Golda Trading Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies and equipment, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
