Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Monte Golda Trading Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding.
