Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Monte Golda Trading Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality in the kitchen, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding.
