Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Monte Golda Trading Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding.
