Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Monte Golda Trading Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure a safe and healthy working space.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
