Job Title: Customer Service Clerks Supervisor

BreathIn' Therapy Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Clerks Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Clerks Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and mentoring staff, as well as experience in customer service and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent customer service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
  • Identify and address any customer service issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer service
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and team management
  • Proven track record of supervising and mentoring staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
