Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at LI YANG INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on team performance, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
