Job Title: Customer Service Clerks Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Clerks Supervisor to join our team at BreathIn' Therapy Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Clerks Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in supervising and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance and customer service metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Available to work 30 hours per week.
