Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at LI YANG INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
  • Identify workers' training needs and provide training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and excellent customer service delivery.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure understanding and empathy.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
