Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Management Professional to join our team in Mississauga. As an internal consulting partner to management staff, you will provide support for all Human Resources initiatives and objectives for designated divisions, driving business decisions relevant to talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, administration of compensation and benefits, performance management, learning, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing employment-related legal files from initial stages to resolution in collaboration with internal and external legal counsel.
  • Developing and conducting training for managers and employees on a variety of subject matters and soft skills identified as business needs.
  • Implementing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across all locations, providing guidance to employees to ensure complete alignment.
  • Working on special projects as assigned and ensuring both the needs of the business and the needs of the people are met.
  • Proactively managing employee issues, including leaves, attendance, ethics points, and all other employee-related issues requiring HR involvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working hands-on as an HR generalist or manager, serving an internal client group with a wide variety of HR matters.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English.
  • Experience in a role requiring you to work with co-workers or clients in French and English.
  • Experience working with all modules of SAP SuccessFactors would be an asset.
  • Experience in a role requiring an understanding of P&L would be an asset.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 to $110,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
