About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our recruitment processes, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of automated solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in our recruitment process.
- Lead platform innovations, upgrades, and change initiatives to ensure our HR systems remain cutting-edge and efficient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in the HR space and provide thought leadership and guidance on advancing new HR technologies and capabilities.
- Gather requirements, business case, and implement new systems to support our growth and strategic objectives.
- Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems and data, providing consulting services to stakeholders across the business.
- Develop processes, policies, and workflows for data management and maintenance, establishing internal controls and audit procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Manage the overall HR technical calendar and roadmap across HR teams.
- Collaborate with the HR Leadership team to develop meaningful metrics that provide actionable insights.

- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience.

About You:
- You have a comprehensive background in HRIS experience, including hands-on experience with full life cycle implementations such as an ATS, HRIS or HCM system.
- You possess advanced expertise in reporting applications and information management tools, including MS Office, PowerBI and the Cognos reporting suite.
- You are organized, motivated, and have strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- You have previous experience in a project management role, which is an asset.
