Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and termination procedures.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA administration.
  • Provide support for employee communications, including creating and distributing employee newsletters and other communications.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
