Human Resources Coordinator

Under the supervision of the President, the Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources vision, aligning it with strategic planning, organizational goals, and operational needs. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain innovative HR policies, procedures, and programs to drive organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Implement initiatives and projects to foster a positive work environment and promote employee well-being.
  • Manage recruitment processes, employee integration programs, and performance management systems to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Establish and maintain a strong employer brand, showcasing the company's unique value proposition.
  • Design and deliver training programs aligned with strategic planning and training needs, empowering employees to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the prevention mutual to manage CNESST claims and pricing decisions.
  • Review bi-weekly payroll data to ensure accuracy and coordination with the accounting team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a college degree in human resources or industrial relations.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in administration or human resources.
  • CRHA or CRIA certification (an asset).
  • Experience in a retail company (an asset).
