Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Manager to join our team at Northern Employment Solutions Inc. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Job Summary

The Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a designated territory area, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and increase sales revenue by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team and product managers to prepare new proposals and improve sales strategies.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to customers, including on-site visits and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute business plans for assigned accounts, including market segmentation, product technologies, and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular forecasts to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 5+ years of industrial/mining sales experience.
  • Prior knowledge of mining products and technologies.
