About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and processing meat products in our retail kitchen environment. This includes cleaning meats to prepare for processing or cutting, cutting carcasses, sides, and quarters, preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers, and wrapping and packaging prepared meats.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The job requires hand-eye co-ordination and is physically demanding.
