About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established international company operating in the green energy industry, with a brand new Canadian team based in Calgary. They are seeking an experienced Accounting and Office Manager to assist in the set up and management of their new Calgary office.

The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with the executive team to oversee the daily operations of the office, manage office supplies and equipment, plan and facilitate company events, meetings, and appointments, and provide accounting support with benefit administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reports, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and filing systems
- Plan and facilitate company events, meetings, and appointments
- Provide accounting support with benefit administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reports, and budgets

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial management, or bookkeeping
- Experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams)
