As an Account Manager at Staples, you will play a critical role in marketing and selling our products and services to new and existing customers, while managing enterprise-level contracted client relationships.

You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and the delivery of commitments made by the company.

Your day will be spent communicating with customers to solve their challenges and interacting with suppliers and internal resources to build the right solutions for our customers.

You will design and implement strategic business plans and reviews for your customers, always looking for ways to deepen your relationships and grow sales within your Enterprise Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell SPP products and services to new and existing customers
  • Manage enterprise-level contracted client relationships
  • Communicate with customers to solve their challenges
  • Interact with suppliers and internal resources to build solutions for customers
  • Design and implement strategic business plans and reviews for customers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Able to travel to visit customers within Canada
  • Prior experience in the promotional merchandise industry (preferred)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
