Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Alberta. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our comprehensive range of innovative caster products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a strong market presence across Alberta by promoting and selling advanced caster products.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, building long-term business relationships.
  • Engage in active prospecting and client visits, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Outside Sales with a proven track record of building a client base and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with distribution centers and dealers, particularly in industrial, institutional, or healthcare sectors.
  • Background knowledge or experience in casters or related products is an asset.
  • Thorough understanding of the Alberta market and its various regions.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within the province.
