As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The role of a Sales Development Representative at Canonical involves:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries across various channels
  • Executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  • Traveling to events and conferences worldwide to present and drive face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results
  • Working directly with marketing on campaigns
  • Researching information about prospective customers
  • Generating a multi-million pound pipeline
  • Identifying prospects and market trends
  • Helping define processes and policies for the team
  • Liaising with new and existing customers to identify new opportunities
  • Accurately creating, updating, maintaining, and nurturing leads on global opportunities
