Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or industrial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
