About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Visitor and Facilities Ambassador. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors, managing building maintenance activities, and coordinating various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome to our facilities
  • Coordinate building maintenance activities, including repairs and maintenance requests
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling visitor inquiries
  • Assist with conference room bookings, catering, and other logistical arrangements
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and binding documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in administration or a related field
  • One or more years of related experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Organization, planning, and prioritization skills
