About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Visitor and Facilities Ambassador. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors, managing building maintenance activities, and coordinating various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Coordinate building maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and upkeep
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in administration or a related field
  • One or more years of related experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Organization, planning, and prioritization skills
