We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at WESTCANA CUSTOM HOMES LTD.
Job Summary:The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and processes. This role will involve coordinating employee data, analyzing HR metrics, and providing recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- HR Metrics Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR records.
- Employee Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and promote company initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
