Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at 2080836 Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function and providing strategic guidance on all aspects of human resources management.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Benefits and Compensation: Design and administer comprehensive benefits programs, and analyze compensation data to ensure fair and competitive pay practices.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and identify opportunities for professional growth and development.
- HR Operations: Manage HR systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
