Key Responsibilities
  • Budget and Expenditure Management

Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.

Human Resources Policy Development

Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support business objectives.

Employee Performance Management

Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure employee development and growth.

Payroll Administration

Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.

Workplace Health and Safety

Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Term

Permanent position.

Work Hours

32 hours per week.
