Human Resources Manager

TAPPTIC INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Co-ordinator, Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs, as well as managing training and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the organization.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure their successful delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and information to inform business decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
