Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at TAPPTIC INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs, managing training and development strategies, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Oversee payroll administration, including employee data and information analysis
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources management
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 32 hours per week
