About the Role

Facet Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Director of Recruitment to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of recruitment professionals and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek out new tools and processes to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to execute on plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
