About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at BCI. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy and ensuring that our compensation programs are aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and gaps in our compensation programs
  • Develop and maintain a process for tracking compensation market data
  • Review and analyze survey results to identify areas for improvement
  • Perform cost modeling and forecasting for compensation changes
  • Prepare documentation for year-end audit procedures related to compensation
  • Manage the annual salary review process
  • Assist in the year-end incentive plan and bonus calculation process
  • Provide project coordination support to the Compensation Working Group
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR/compensation experience, preferably in the asset management industry
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and report generation capabilities, including experience with Workday
  • Expertise in data analysis/visualization with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in discreet handling of sensitive personal information
  • Comfortable with direct communication and presentation skills
What We Offer

BCI offers a competitive total rewards package, including a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $87,000 to $105,000.
