About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at BCI. As a key member of our Total Rewards department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy and ensuring that our compensation programs are aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and compensation best practices
  • Design and implement compensation programs that drive business results and support our company's growth strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compensation programs are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of our employees
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation-related matters to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Manage and analyze compensation data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure that our compensation programs are competitive and effective
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in compensation and benefits

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar industry
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and report generation capabilities, including experience with Workday
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization, with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Advanced Compensation Module experience
  • CPHR/CCP designation (or in progress)
