About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at BCI. As a key member of our Total Rewards department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy and ensuring that our compensation programs are aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and compensation practices in the asset management industry.
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compensation programs are integrated with other HR initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on compensation-related matters.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure that our compensation programs are compliant.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and design, preferably in the asset management industry.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and report generation capabilities, including experience with Workday.
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization, with advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in discreet handling of sensitive personal information and establishing trust.
- Comfortable with direct communication and presentation skills, engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyze market data and support compensation design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Advanced Compensation Module experience.
- CPHR/CCP designation (or in progress).
