At Royal Canadian Lodge Banff, we are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Train other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
