Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at the Royal Canadian Lodge Banff. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various HR-related tasks, managing administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, plan and develop recruitment strategies, and schedule appointments.
  • Employee Support: Answer employee inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support HR decision-making, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and a large workload. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
