Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Royal Canadian Lodge Banff (InnVest Hotels LP). As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Train and develop other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and training programs
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
