Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Team Member to join our team at SanRemo Bakery Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Training and Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products.
- Customer Service: Prepare special orders and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Operate machinery, organize and maintain inventory, and oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
- Food Safety and Quality: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and ensure that all products meet food safety and quality standards.
As a Bakery Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
