About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Baker at The Hot Oven Bakery Cafe Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders
  • Bake and decorate cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats
  • Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations
  • Ensure that all products meet our high standards for taste, appearance, and presentation
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling heavy loads
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
