Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at The Hot Oven Bakery Cafe Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Train and supervise staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that products meet established quality standards.
- Operate machinery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced setting.
