Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver educational programs to elementary students
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Provide coaching and support to team members
- Minimum of one year's experience working with elementary age students
- Knowledge of educational programming and curriculum development
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
