Aircraft Maintenance Program Coordinator

At IMP Aerospace & Defence, we are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production planning department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our aircraft maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed process plans for aircraft maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate material requirements and labor estimates.
  • Review and assess technical data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with approved maintenance programs and airworthiness requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to production, purchasing, and sub-contractors as needed.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in an aircraft R&O environment, utilizing commercial and military quality control requirements.
  • Or three to five years of experience as a planner/estimator or equivalent job-related experience.
  • Or a graduate from a community college technologist program (manufacturing, mechanical, electrical) or a trade-qualified and experienced ex-military aircraft technician (AVN, AVS) or a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT).
