Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team at JCs Banquet & Catering. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient ordering and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced urban area environment, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
